From sourcing to setting, every step happens under one roof, letting us guarantee the purity and craftsmanship behind every order that leaves our workshop.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery across India

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days depending on location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote areas may take a little longer.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link over email/WhatsApp. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page using your Order ID.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn jewellery in original packaging with tags intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Customised or engraved pieces are not eligible for return.

Damaged in transit?

Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp so we can process a replacement quickly.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order — your name, address, phone number, and email. This information is used solely for order fulfilment, shipping updates, and customer support.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are handled directly and securely by our payment partner, Razorpay — we never store your card or UPI details on our servers.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All jewellery is subject to availability. In rare cases of stock unavailability after an order is placed, we will contact you for a replacement or full refund.
